A few random pieces of 2006.

Here are a few 2006 left overs I recently found.

More February Weekdays. Oh, and one Friday.

Lit. Animalania opening. Saw James Iha. Traded my half eaten pizza for a pair of brand new adidas socks. Mixtape are awesome people but I have yet to see them play. Scatting in the street. Danced up a storm and a half.

These are just a few of the stickers I quickly made for the "Going Postal" Sticker show just down the block at Ad Hoc. I regret not taking more pics. Yea, I know they're not postal stickers.

MG

"There is a vitality, a life force, an energy, a quickening that is translated through you into action and because there is only one of you in all time, this expression is unique. And if you block it, it will never exist through any other medium and will be lost. The world will not have it. It is not your business to determine how good it is nor how valuable, nor how it compares with other expressions. It is your business to keep it yours clearly and directly to keep the channel open. You do not have to believe in yourself or your work. You have to keep open and aware directly to the urges that motivate you. Keep the channel open. No artist is pleased. There is no satisfaction. There is only a queer divine dissatisfaction, a blessed unrest that keeps us marching and makes us more alive than others."

In the Aquarium

Been hanging at home for a minute now. Drawing more, writing more, downloading more (internetz!!!). I rarely go out unless it's to Potion. The cold has seriously been crippling. Anytime I go out, I walk stiff and quick thinking "It'll be warm when I get there, It'll be warm when I get there." This definitely makes my outings less adventurous and free-form.

Here's another short which originally aired on MTV's Liquid Television when I was about 8. Oddly enough, it sort of reminds me of the way things are now. Constant night. Buildings. Freight elevators. dreamy, sleepy, snowy, foggy states. And weird fish. :)
